1. Seller

This online store is operated by Ing. Lucie Marková, ID No. (IČO): 74214969, registered address: Vídeňská 842/34, 639 00 Brno, Czech Republic, email: info.0following@gmail.com ("we", "us"). We are a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made through this store. Before buying, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of them.

3. Products

We make every effort to show products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and illustrations or photos may differ slightly from the actual product. Sizes may vary by ±2 cm from the size guide.

4. Orders and contract

Product listings are an invitation to make an offer. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, in particular where: the product is unavailable; the price or product information was displayed in obvious error; or we suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method. If we cancel, we refund any payment in full without undue delay.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the selected currency. Prices may change at any time; the price shown when you place your order applies. We are not registered for VAT, so our prices do not include Czech VAT. Payment is due when you place the order and is processed by the payment providers offered at checkout. We never receive or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you designate.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Governed by our Refund Policy. You can withdraw using the "Withdraw from contract here" form linked in the footer of our website.

8. Defects (warranty claims)

You may claim defects that existed at the time of delivery within 24 months of delivery (EU consumers). Report the defect by email to info.0following@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will decide on the claim without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving it. Details, including what is not considered a defect, are set out in our Refund Policy.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including carrier delays, customs procedures and natural events). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact us first at info.0following@gmail.com; we aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Consumers in the Czech Republic may refer an unresolved dispute to the out-of-court dispute resolution body: Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), https://adr.coi.cz.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
