Free worldwide shipping. We ship worldwide for free. Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to you by email once your order ships.

Processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery (incl. processing): EU 7–15 business days · United Kingdom 9–17 · USA & Canada 9–18 · rest of the world 11–23. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or peak seasons are outside our control.

Shipping costs. Shipping is free to every country. Any shipping charge would always be shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import charges. For destinations outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is refused or not collected because these charges were not paid, we will refund the price of the goods minus the original shipping cost and any return or customs costs incurred.

Address. You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address that you provided. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs are paid by you; if you prefer a refund, we refund the price of the goods minus shipping costs.

Lost or delayed parcels. If your order has not arrived within 30 days after the end of the estimated delivery window, contact us at info.0following@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and then, at our option, send a replacement or refund you. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered, please check with neighbours and your local post office first; we may ask you to confirm in writing that you did not receive it.

Multiple parcels. An order may arrive in more than one parcel.
