Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. These are set by local customs and are paid by the recipient.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 days or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we will sort it out.
