Cancelling before shipping
You can cancel your order free of charge until it ships. Email us at info.0following@gmail.com with your order number. Once your order has shipped, the rules below apply.
Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland)
If you are a consumer living in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, use the "Withdraw from contract here" form (link in the footer of our website) or email info.0following@gmail.com within those 14 days with your order number and the item(s) concerned. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to.
Return of goods. After receiving your withdrawal we will tell you whether and where to send the item. Return addresses are provided on request only; items sent to any other address cannot be accepted. If we ask you to return the item, you must send it within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are paid by you, and the item remains at your risk until we receive it. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
Refund without return. At our sole discretion we may refund you without asking for the item back.
Condition of returned items. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged. You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, and we may deduct that amount from your refund.
Refund. We refund the price paid and the original standard shipping cost (no more than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Customers outside the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for these customers. Returns are accepted only at our discretion, within 14 days of delivery and under the conditions above.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. To get a different size, request a refund and place a new order.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, email info.0following@gmail.com without undue delay after you discover the problem. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, the issue and the label/packaging. We may ask for additional information or for the item to be sent back for inspection.
Depending on the case we will replace the item or refund you. If a replacement is not possible or would be disproportionate, we will refund you.
The following are not defects:
- normal wear and tear;
- damage caused by washing, drying or ironing contrary to the care instructions;
- minor colour differences between the product and its photos due to screen settings;
- size deviations within ±2 cm of the size guide.
Your statutory rights in respect of defective goods (in the EU, 24 months from delivery) are not affected.
Chargebacks
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first; we resolve most issues within 1–2 business days. Where a chargeback is opened without contacting us, we will provide the payment provider with our order and delivery records.
Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly abuse this policy or submit claims that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
